I stopped by the Stillwater Wildlife Management Area to do a little
birding late this morning. The place was super quiet and I really had
to dig to find some birds. I was hoping for a few warblers like I had
yesterday at Discovery Park but to no avail. A few of the birds found
included:

VIRGINIA RAIL - heard calling at several different locations
WOOD DUCK
WILLOW FLYCATCHER
BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK - one bird
WESTERN TANAGER - seen two birds
PILEATED WOODPECKER
RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKER
TURKEY VULTURE - one individual soaring about

Cheers and Good Birding;
