Subject: [Tweeters] Swainson's Hawks gathering

If you want to see numbers of Swainson's Hawks now is the time - there were over 100 in a field just east of Touchet yesterday evening - and there was a report of 115 in a field off Hwy 124 between Charbonneau and Fishook parks last week. This is an annual occurrence here in the valley - anywhere from Langden road in SE Walla Walla out to Touchet - off Detour and Frog Hollow roads clear out to Hudson Bay road - good time to look at all plumages and ages of Swainson's.
