Greetings,

I was amazed last night to hear a singing Western Screech-Owl in the
tiny woods fragment around my home in Seattle. I don't think I've ever
myself encountered one in Seattle before this, and given their reported
declines, did not expect one in this little spot (in Leschi).

Meanwhile, Western Tanagers and Swainson's Thrushes continue.
