The?mere presence of?reknowned owl photographer Paul Bannick at?our recent?Puget Sound Bird Fest in Edmonds?must have imparted me with?good luck, as I finally found and photographed one of the?elusive (to me, anyway) barred owls of Yost?Park.??By photographing the owl, I have?elevated its official status from "mythical"?to "legendary".
