Nancy Taylor and I were treated to our FOY Black Phoebe this morning at Wiley Slough. It was easily sighted in the new parking lot, in the bare deciduous trees between the restrooms and the boat launch and was viewed twice, once from the parking lot side, once from the river side. We also had a FOY Common Yellowthroat in the shrubs alongside the slough in the old parking lot.
