Tweeters,
Kendrick Wong and I very effectively dodged the rain and wind today to
get some nice birding in south of Seattle. Of note were Red Crossbills
and a Common Raven at a very birdy Des Moines
Creek Park & Trail located directly south of SeaTac. A stop at the
southern end of Lake Washington where the Cedar River flows into the
lake produced at least 4 Horned Grebes in breeding plumage.
