Hello Birders,
Today I been so busy since early in the morning ,watching all the many birds
I seeing being so active all day.The Anna;s was something so unusual seeing
the male Anna's in my dripping Birdbath,I live here since 1967 and never I
BEEN SEEING ANY OF THIS SPECIES EVER GOING IN TO THE WATER.I HAVE 2
BIRDBATH'S ,ONE IN THE FRONT YARD THE OTHER IN THE BACK YARD.the ONE IN THE
FRONT IS MORE ACTIVE .IT IS IN A PLACE SURROUNDED BY BUSHES,ONLY THE FRONT
IS OPEN,SO THE BIRDS FEELING ALWAYS SO SECURE.I WORKED HARD LAST WEEK TO
REPAIR SINCE THE HOSE HAD A LEEK.I surprised myself that I fixed it and so
proud that it was on time who all the birds coming now especial today when
the Sun is so bright. This bird was standing first on the etch of the bird
bath drinking water, but than he went in and start splashing and bathing ,it
was some kind of sight..I had a lot of birds including the amount of 8
Yellow rumped & THE SAME OF the Townsend's,There was flying all over the
place, very active..It was so relaxing this to watch the activities of this
birds.
It is good to going birdying in different places ,but is so good also to
coming home to you own ,and being so thankful that you have all this to
enjoy.

Cheers Ruth Sullivan

PS: I lost my slip on the birds I had driving home.ONE species to name ,I
HAD 2 SHARP-TAILED Grouse on Foster Road at the wells preserve.
