Tweeters,
?
Returned to Woodland Bottoms at?mid-day today?and re-located the?Tufted Duck (believed to be a sub-adult male) on? the Columbia River just?south of Caples Road. It was within a group of 40+ scaup.
?
Also, was able to sort out the Clark's Grebe within a flock of 90 Westerns in the same area.
?
Other birds of interest were 8 Black-bellied plovers (full breeding plumage)?and 22 Dunlin in the ponded field at Dike and?Caples Rds.
