Hi folks:

Yesterday, while killing time before a meeting in North Bend, I drove out to
Olallie State Park. I found a pair of Harlequin Dick on the rocks opposite
the parking lot by the power plant at the end of the park road. Nice
accessible place to see potential breeding Harlies

Today, I went in search of shorebirds, and found a Lesser Yellowlegs among
more than 20 Greaters at 204th Street in Kent. Smaller, shorter bill, and
when flushed by a Red-tailed Hawk overhead, gave the diagnostic tutu call.

I then went over to Discovery park, and was able to find a Marbled
Murrelet, and Warbling Vireo and Black-throated Gray Warbler.
