GULLS, and six ARCTIC TERNS. On April 23 a SWAINSON?S HAWK was at Yaquina
Head north of Newport. Another was in Beaverton the next day.

On April 21 eight WHITE PELICANS were at Scappoose Bottoms. A flock of 14
WHITE PELICANS were on Sauvie Island April 23. A MOUNTAIN CHICKADEE was seen
April 17 at Mt. Tabor Park in Portland. A GOLDEN EAGLE was at Jackson Bottom
