Saw my first meadowlark of the season in Marymoor park on that warm Thursday we just had -- such a beautiful bird!

A savannah sparrow was singing along the Audubon trail, ignoring the large numbers of crows passing through.

The other interesting activity was an Osprey scouting the park. I didn't make it over to the osprey nests but that's where he was heading, so I'm sure they are active again.
