Subject: [Tweeters] Scissor Tailed Flycatcher near Wenas

Hey Everyone,
haven't posted anything for a few years but thought I should pass this on.
This morning around 10:30 Collin Vasollo, Tristan Higgins, and myself saw a
Scissor Tailed Flycatcher sitting on fence wire on Audubon rd. a few miles
south of the Wenas camp ground. As you are heading up Audubon rd. towards
the campground, the bird was on the left side of the road almost directly
adjacent to a yellow sign on the right that reads "End of County Road." As
we watched it, it moved south down the road to where we eventually lost it
about .25 miles south of the sign. I can send a photo to anyone who wants
to see.
Good Birding,
Brendan Higgins
