HI ALL:
Brad Waggoner texted this morning at 8:06 am that he had found a
juvenile Franklin's Gull down at Murden Cove here on Bainbridge Island,
Kitsap County, WA (about 2.5 miles north of the ferry terminal). I went
down there around 9:30 am and refound the bird. It was feeding with Bonaparte's Gulls in front of
the tan A-frame house on the south side of the cove. I watched the bird
for about 10 mintues before I had to move my scope, at which time the
birds flew off. I couldn't refind the bird. Other birds in the area
included: Western Sandpipers, CA Gulls and Caspian Terns.

sincerely
