There was a good group of folks from yesterday's pelagic trip with whom to bird Bottle Beach this morning. We pretty much saw the same birds Mike Clarke reported for Saturday evening: 2 Ruddy Turnstones, 1 Red Knot, the Hudsonian Godwit. In addition, we saw a Bar-tailed Godwit there. There had been a Bar-tailed among the Marbled Godwits as seen from Westport Marina's Float 21 earlier in the morning. So a second Bar-tailed is possible.
