Dozens of Bonaparte's gulls were enjoying a snack of insects (likely termites; large emergence this week) over Rolling Bay area of Bainbridge. Party broken up by a Cooper's hawk, likely one of two fledgies that have been raising heck on our property the last two weeks. Fall birding has arrived!
