Tweeters,

I enjoyed excellent birding in my Battle Ground, Clark County yard (I never
left the back deck) this morning with a fallout of warblers, vireos, and
flycatchers seemingly everywhere:

Warbling Vireo - 12+
Black-throated Gray Warbler 6+
Wilson's Warbler 4
Yellow Warbler 3
Common Yellowthroat 3
Willow Flycatcher 4+ (chasing everything in sight)
Pacific-slope Flycatcher 1
Western Wood Pewee 2
Western Tanager 5
Swainson's Thrush 4 (nocturnal flight calls too!)
Black-headed Grosbeak 3 (possibly the local breeding birds)

Unfortunately, this was only in 10 minutes increments every hour or so
(numbers referenced were high numbers within those 10 minute increments)
since I was glued to the computer all day.

Keep your eyes and ears skyward.

Jim
