I have had soooo many Varied Thrush every year at this time at my place on the west side of San Juan Island, Friday Harbor. I live on Mitchell Bay and every year get at least a hundred all at once...for about 2 weeks or so. I remember it happening a bit earlier in the fall before but what ever...they are here now...lots of them .
