Two Ancient Murrelet were seen from my yard flying low over Discovery Bay this morning. I saw 6 Marbled Murrelet on the bay, but low number of ducks.

No sign of the Red Phalarope I saw last Friday, but I watched a Merlin de-feather and eat a bird this afternoon. It carefully cleaned it's beak on the limb where it was perched and then flew away.
