One of the regular Edmonds bird photographers saw a raven this morning (Wed. 12/11) at the Edmonds marsh. She told me that the crows flew it and surrounded it as though they were worshipping it.? The raven drank some water, then took off with the crows giving chase.? She showed me her photos and it was most definitely a raven.?

Alan and Tweeters-
?
The first new yard bird for me in quite some time? Common Raven.
Between Thanksgiving Day and last Sunday I have been seeing two ravens in and around my home in Kenmore
I have had good looks at them both in flight and while perched. Often easily compared to the crows that are chasing or dive bombing them.
They may still be here but I haven't been able to go out birding this week.
I had only seen CORA in my neighborhood ?once before? and that was in '07.?
