Robert,
Are you certain it isn't a Snow Bunting?? Those are mostly white, and look a lot like juncos.? They would be rare here, for the same reason snowy owls are rare, but with the unusual weather, it is possible one could have come south.

We have had a white Junco at our feeders for a couple of weeks now.? The
bird is not totally white, but mostly with flecks of dark feathering here
and there.? Wonder if anyone else has seen such a junco.
Also have had 5 varied thrushes to our feeders and deck railing--that's fun
to watch!
