Late this afternoon I found and photographed a drake CANV at the Central Ferry grain terminal in Garfield County. CANV is a "Code 5" bird in tough Garfield County. My WA Birder List in the Jeep didn't even have CANV on it but the WA Birder website lists it so I am assuming this sighting is only the second or third record for the species in Garfield.
