Tina and I found a White-throated Sparrow at the entrance to the St. Cloud Recreation Area this afternoon. It was in a flock of Golden-crowned Sparrows. We stopped by and saw the Camas Tufted Duck on Black Lake. We also ticked off the Short-eared Owl on Fitzgerald Rd in both Clark and Skamania counties.
