Snowy Owl (nearly completely white adult) and Snow Buntings along F NW,
north of Lamoine Rd.
Gyrfalcon - gray bird at MM 17.2 on north-south run of Hwy. 172, west of
Mansfield
Bohemian Waxwings - in Foster Ck. drainage feeding in juniper trees; also
Bridgeport State Park
N. Saw-whet Owl - Bridgeport State Park day roost in conifers
N. Goshawk - adult perched on ridge overlooking residential streets of
Conconully
White-winged Crossbills - 20-30 in spruce trees in Conconully
Sharp-tailed Grouse - Scotch Ck. Wildlife Area, in water birches near road,
around 8 a.m.
