Today, 10 canvasbacks joined the 5 Ruddy Ducks at the south end of the
middle basin of Capitol Lake. We have seen 5 to 10 Ruddy Ducks every
weekend when we have walked this part of the lake but this is the first
time for the 10 Canvasbacks. When we saw them, they were close to the
shore, very easy to spot.
