A group of us saw 2 Snowy Owls from Eide Rd. midday Saturday (2/16/2013). ?More than 2 were seen by other groups recently also, and so you will likely be able to see at least a couple if you go, and maybe more if you go up closer to dawn/dusk when they're a little more active.

Looking at eBird data for the area, it looks like they were regularly reported until the second/third week of March in 2012, so they may hang around the area until then this year also.
