Most birds Dwight Porter and I saw on our weekend Okanogan/Douglas Co trip were already reported.
On Sunday afternoon, 2 Yellow-rumped Warblers were flycatching at Bridgeport State Park. At the bottom of the southern end of Cameron Lake Rd was a massive amount of waterfowl including both Tundra and Trumpeter Swans. The Bridgeport Bar at Moe & Grange yielded a Cackling Goose and 3 Western Bluebirds.
Yesterday, the large Bohemian Waxwing flock at the foot of Central Ferry Canyon was present again. A single Lapland Longspur was at the NE corner of 172 & Division a few miles west of Mansfield. Mid afternoon we found 10 confiding Gray Partridge at the intersection of Rd C NE & Rd 18 NE (this is just NW of Mansfield). A little further south along Rd C were about 60 stationary Snow Buntings, also perching high on the wires. A Gyrfalcon eluded us, pretty much our only significant miss during our trip.
