Barred Owls should be on eggs in about two weeks in the Puget Sound lowlands.
They do not seem to have the advanced calendar that the Great Horned Owls at Nisqually have.

I heard a pair of Barred Owls both calling and caterwauling for several minutes this morning at 0430 hours in Lake Forest Park
about a mile up McAleer Creek from the lake.
