Hi Tweets,

I was driving the Cameron Lake Road from south to north on Saturday
(2-17-13) afternoon. I was going slow, watching all of the rocky
protrusions, and saw a whitish lump on one to the north of me. This
was about six miles up the road on an east-west section of it. I
stopped to put the scope on it and a Snowy Owl quickly came into
focus. I thought I would report this as it is listed as a code 4 bird
for Okanogan County.
