Hi MaryJeanne,

During the raptor ID class with Bill Clark last weekend (which was fantastic, by the way) we spotted a Snowy Owl on the dike at Thomle Rd outside Stanwood as well as one farther north at the "West 90" bend in Samish Island Rd outside Edison.
