Late this afternoon (3pm to 4pm) I saw a juvi Northern Shrike twice perched up in South Blue Forest (i.e. south of Wahkiakum Lane at the western end of the loop). Seemed to be in hunting mode but not successful. Light brown and a weak "bandit mask".
