Subject: [Tweeters] Northern Waterthrush at Juanita Bay Park

Around noon today I found a very vocal Northern Waterthrush along the
causeway at Juanita Bay Park. It was in the immediate vicinity of the
"Wooded Wetland" interpretive sign. Later in the afternoon while
trying unsuccessfully for photos I heard it calling about 100m north,
about where you reach the open bay.

The other highlight today were at least 70 Red Crossbills in and
around the parking lot. Most were adults and most if not all were
Type 3.

Good birding,
