On my way home tonight , I saw a Very large ?Great Horned Owl on a neighbors fence, looking into the yard.He didnt move even when my bright headlights illuminated him/her.
Does anyone know what a typical range for a Great Horned Owl to travel from their nest. In other words, Im wondering how close this guy is normally.I saw him on 71st ave very close to the Carty Unit of the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge
