FYI, the clip is from the movie *Downfall* (English translation), a German
movie that bravely tried to tell give an accurate depiction of the final
days of Hitler. It is a very fine movie, part of Germany's efforts to
acknowledge the monstrous history of the Third Reich and, at its core,
about the fact that the atrocities of the Third Reich were the product not
of surreal demons, but of actual flesh-and-blood people to whom the German
people ceded power, and that such atrocities could thus occur again.

Starting soon after release of the movie, there have been hundreds of
parodies of this scene. See

article:

The film's director, Oliver
Hirschbiegel<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_Hirschbiegel>,
spoke positively about these parodies in a 2010 interview with *New
York<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_%28magazine%29>
* magazine, saying that many of them were funny and they were a fitting
extension of the film's purpose: "The point of the film was to kick these
terrible people off the throne that made them demons, making them real and
their actions into reality. I think it's only fair if now it's taken as
part of our history, and used for whatever purposes people
like."<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downfall_%28film%29#cite_note-18>
