It might add a little to your drive but in case you're interested, there are three, possibly four, SNOWs at Sandy Point, in Whatcom County.

Hi Tweeters,
My daughter and I would like to go up north and look at thesnowy owls but, being new to WA, I?m not really sure where to go. Ithought I?d go to the Skagit Bay Estuary and Fir Island.I got those names off the net. Does anyone out there have any tips,suggestions, ideas that would help?
