Subject: [Tweeters] Sharp-shinned hawk's worn feathers

I was able to photograph a sharp-shinned hawk this morning, it landed on my
feeder, so I was able to get some photos of it. I noticed that it?s tail
feathers are really ragged-looking, is this because it?s a juvenile?
