Subject: [Tweeters] Townsend's Warbler, Winter Garden

He was digging deep into the bases of the giant size Mahonia flowers in the
Washington Park Arboreatum Winter Garden. The flowers are just beginning
to bloom, and small fragments sprinkled down. Very cool for me, a new bird
for my fairly informal but extensive list. He was not singing, He did
exhibit a little hovering as he dipped his slender beak. I did not check
for aphid infestations.
