Bill Clark, author of the Peterson Guide series *Hawks *and *A Photographic
Guide to North American Raptors*, will once again present his comprehensive
workshop on raptor identification at the Padilla Bay Center near Mt.
Vernon, WA, from 22-24 February. The class is open to all levels of birders
or anyone with an interest in our local birds of prey.

The workshop will start with a two hour class on Friday night at 7 PM,
followed by another two hour session Saturday morning at 0900. Afterwards,
there will be all day field trips on both Saturday and Sunday to look at
wild raptors on the Skagit Flats. Bill is one of the leading experts on
hawk ID around the world with over 45 years experience and many published
papers on field identification.
Enrollment will be limited to 30 people and the cost is $150 per person.
