Travelling up I5 this morning at about 70mph at 11:40 I was convinced that I
saw a Snowy Owl circling slowly over the freeway at Exit 95, the Littlerock
exit. At that speed and in light snow I can't be sure, and I didn't have
time to circle back to check, but if anyone is down that way you might want
stop an check around the freeway interchange.
