Around 12:30pm I saw a flock of about 15 red cross-bills in a tree next to the doggie daycare business at Harbor Square in Edmonds.??? Harbor Square is located at the north?side of the Edmonds marsh between the railroad tracks and Hwy. 104/Sunset Ave./Edmonds Way.?
