Hi All,

Dwight Porter and I visited Ridgefield's River 'S' Unit today. Our
highlights included the following:

- American Bittern (1)
- Barn Owl (1 adult female east of road between markers 5 and 6)
- Red-tailed Hawk (what we believe to be a light morph Harlan's)
- Red-shouldered Hawk (1 adult)
- Peregrine Falcon (2)
- Black Phoebe (1 between markers 10 and 11)
- Trumpeter Swan (heard only among hundreds of Tundras)
- Muskrat
- Raccoon
- Coyote

Good birding!
