Hi,
I don't know of a list, but I use Peter Pyle's books (Identification Guides
to North American Birds, vols 1 and 2) as my main source for subspecies
(and indeed for bedtime reading), backed by Jewett et al. Birds of
Washington State and Wahl et al. Birds of Washington).
We are very lucky here to have a fine diversity of forms and subspecies
worthy of a lifetime's study for those looking beyond simple listing.
