The golden eagle was still there late yesterday afternoon in the arena noted by Josh Friday. It was in a tree just across the river along with an immature Bald Eagle. The golden was very active even while roosted, calling, preening, and moving around? nice looks!

The field on the other side of the road had a flock of adult and juvenile Trumpeter swans.
