Total Jordan Gunn and I had an ambitious outing planned. We wanted see the
Thick-billed Murre, Ruddy Turnstone, Rock Sandpiper, Gyrfalcon and catch the
Rusty Blackbird if we had time and do this starting from Seattle.



Amazingly we saw all five today and made it back to Seattle before 5pm!



We got some great advice from folks ahead of time, worked though Tweeters
and ebird data and had some help from others along the way.



Conditions today were not good for photos but I took some anyway. A few
