Always seems serendiptious to see raptors in the city:

Thursday 7:30 pm Holy Names Academy on Cap Hill, heard the toy-like call of a Cooper's Hawk from trees above. Spotted juvenile moving about, then sitting on branch. Sounded like there might have been another CH moving around and calling in canopy as well. The next evening around 7 pm, found a kill site on sidewalk there: a very recently and completely picked-clean pigeon skeleton along with mass of feathers.

Around 5:30 pm Friday on Queen Anne at Boston and Queen Anne Ave North, saw an adult Cooper's flying west.
