While working on a deck project in my yard, I heard the unmistakeable call notes, and then the diagnostic "Quick, three beers". Since I was hot, I decided it was time for a break anyway (2:15 in afternoon). I located this flycatcher atop an evergreen tree--probable pine in the Grace Cole Nature Park, in Lake Forest Park.
A neighbor two doors away, used to have a deciduous tree, with the top dead, and I could count on the Olive-sided stopping there at least twice a year, but once the tree was taken down, I haven't seen regularly. I have heard it, but couldn't locate it. So now I can call it a yard bird again, since I could actually see it from my yard (and really only a couple of trees away from my yard.
