Hey Tweets...Today, 3/14, I saw my first turkey vulture of the year soaring
above the Copalis River at the Hwy 109 bridge...for those of you familiar
with the area, right at the Green Lantern Tavern, or the turnoff to
Griffiths-Priday SP. So for Diann, it was at Copalis Beach.

Hoping it was the first for the county, I went to e-Bird to post it, and
there was a 3/9 sighting by Bill Shelmerdine...out at the Brady Loop. I
really have to get out and spend more time birding and less time at the
computer.
