Hey Tweets....Videographer and birder Dan Reiff will be showing some of his
film of Snowy Owls and falcons on Saturday, March 23rd, at the Polson
Museum (1611 Riverside Avenue, Hoquiam, WA). The dessert social begins at
7pm. There is a $15 per person admission charge, which benefits the
Hoquiam-based non-profit, Coastal Raptors (www.coastalraptors.org).
Dan has spent many sleepless hours watching and filming snowies hunting and
interacting at night in coastal areas of Washington. What he has captured
is pretty interesting stuff, in my humble opinion. He also loves to film
falcons, and has some really nice footage of peregines and merlins.
