Saturday afternoon the red crossbills were back in the pine trees in the vicinity of the #2 (main) viewing platform of the Edmonds marsh. ?? Sometimes they are noisily feeding in the trees and sometimes they are humkered down quietly.? The flock will fly from tree to tree, so check all of the trees in the vicinity which are bearing cones.?
