Earlier this afternoon I was on the Lummi
Reservation and birded the "road/dike/causeway"
that extends out into the Bay. In addition to
many waterfowl and raptors, I also had wonderful
sunlit close-up looks at a Snow Bunting on the
gravel road and the rocks adjacent to it. About
1/2 mile out on the road.
