hi:
there is a small heronry developing on sr 203 just north of mp 21. (just
south of monroe) looks to be about a half dozen nests at this point.
that's where the road does that goofy curve w/ all the blinking lights in
the southbound direction. brief glimpses can be had while driving, but it
is a very dangerous part of the road to dawdle on. i cannot tell if there
is a back access to the area, but maybe somebody from monroe could shed
more light on that.
